DDIT3（12q13）基因斷裂探針 ERG是母紅血球病病毒E26轉(zhuǎn)換序列（ETS）轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的基因家族成員之一，它在淋巴細(xì)胞和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞表達(dá)，調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞凋亡和血管生成。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)ERG在良性和惡性的血管腫瘤都有表達(dá)。用于檢測甲狀腺濾泡癌常見的PPARγ基因斷裂及與其他基因的易位。 本試劑盒僅供科研使用。
